Global shortcut 'Control+Alt+D' cannot be registered
New install of siduction-lxqt warning message "lxqt-panel: Global shortcut: 'Control+Alt+D' cannot be registered." Everything functions ok but I would like to get rid of message. Siduction is based on debian sid, so packages are from debian unstable. Window manager is openbox

Re: logout dialog does not have shutdown or reboot button
The problem of missing buttons is related to policykit settings -- part of my problem may be that I am running Debian testing and lxpolkit is not present in testing. I will add a bug report for the problem that lxsession-logout does not work with systemd installed, altho I'm sure the developers are ...

Re: logout dialog does not have shutdown or reboot button
The Lubuntu solution also applies to Debian but it's for a different problem -- that solution is for the case of the Logout (aka Shutdown) missing from the menu or from the panel -- I have Logout in my menu but when I click it, a dialog appears that does not include options for Reboot or Shutdown. I...

Re: logout dialog does not have shutdown or reboot button
Yes, I've been experiencing similar problems for some time (and so have other users). I have not had any success in getting LXDE logout dialog panel (that is, the shutdown and reboot options on the logout dialog panel) to work when systemd is installed. There are bug reports and patches for the prob...

Re: logout dialog does not have shutdown or reboot button
I've been running this system with LXDE and debian testing for several years, and the lxsession-logout dialog box has always worked properly and included all the buttons until about a week ago. I don't see the importance of how LXDE was installed. As I remember, I started with Mepis, removed nearly ...

Re: logout dialog does not have shutdown or reboot button

logout dialog does not have shutdown or reboot button
When I click Logout from the menu, the dialog box that pops up does not include Shutdown or Reboot buttons. I am running Debian Testing with Openbox and gdm.

Re: Shutdown button problem
That's for mageia -- i doubt if very many of us use that distro. http://www.mageia.org The patch author there intends his patch for mageia users. I don't think he has made any effort to contact the LXDE community in general and he didn't exactly welcome my comment. I'm going to post some of this on ...
