Conky questions

Hi everyone!

I've got some questions regarding Conky.

1) Does Conky show the upload/download speed of my internet connection using eth0?

2) I don't like that terminal look of Conky and want a nice themelike this:

My question is: how do i setup Conky to use that theme?

Conky is redundant, and, therefore, serves no purpose in my opinion. However, there are many fans. You can probably find or get an answer by going to the special Conky sections of the Crunchbang forum: http://crunchbang.org/forums/viewtopic. ... 556%23p556 .
