Make debian+lxde looks like lubuntu ?

Post by inurfez »

Hi,

I love lxde because of its lightweightness but the default look is way to basic for me.
I've also tried lubuntu and its look is better, so I tried to manage to get the same look as lubuntu for my lxde desktop under debian. I've googled a lot, found some leads like theme but I didn't get to get the same look.

Do you know if this is possible ? and how to manage that ?

Thanks in advance,

It seems to be very possible.

Which version do you want it to look like?

Here is the page that has the files to make it look like Lubuntu 11.10:

Here is the page with the files to make it look like Lubuntu 11.04:

P.S. I'm going to test it and if it is successful, I will try to make some instructions for you.
