PCManFM and Iceweasel thumbnails

Is there any way to display thumbnails when selecting files from within Iceweasel?
When I attempt to upload images, I have to scroll through all the files individually until the image preview is displayed of the correct file I am looking for. This becomes rather tedious and time consuming as I am only presented with the name of the file and must view all of them, to find one of them.
My current work around is a complex subdirectory structure. While this has increased my organizational skills considerably, I think I may be getting repetitive stress disorder from wading through all of these files one at a time!!
There certainly must be a better way.
