Is it other way to restore default menu?
I have the same problem:

But in my case wallpaper and icons disappear.
I can't revert to the default desktop menu.

Re: I can't revert to the default desktop menu.
Welcome to the LXDE forum. I just checked the Lubuntu 13.10 OS and I do not have a problem changing from the default menu to the menu provided by the window manager. To switch back merely go to Preferences->Desktop Preferences->Advanced and then un-check the box. Are you saying that you cannot get yours to work?

Hello Rex Bouwense, thanks for reply.
I found the solution:
Settings must look like this:
In section Desktop must be "filemanager" without wallpaper > Apply and Reload.
I found the solution:
Code: Select all
lxsession-default-apps
In section Desktop must be "filemanager" without wallpaper > Apply and Reload.
