Main window minimized then dialog window minimized

hello may be some body know this problem / I use for example app. wireshark, start it and open some chaild window (dialog window for capture...), then I minized this child window together with this window parent window (main window of wireshark ) minimized. Is it normal for LXDE ?
<Emilius>: or may be it can be configurable? I need then I close dialog window main window will be on top(not minimazed)
history from IRC channel
<brother->: step 1: start wireshark
<brother->: done.
<brother->: step 2: open capture dialog
<brother->: done
<brother->: step 3: minimize child window
<brother->: done
<brother->: (brought both windows with it)
<brother->: and the question was if that would be normal
<brother->: hm
<brother->: it is somewhat strange given that you can interact with the main window even thought the "child" is open
<brother->: if that wouldn't be the case I would think about it
<brother->: I am not sure if that is the desired behaviour or not
<brother->: most probably not a LXDE thing. if anything it is part of the window manager (probably openbox)
<Emilius>: in Gnome absent this situation. in gnome minized only dialog window .
<Emilius>: in all case thank you brother. I will ask this question in forum.
<brother->: Emilius: openbox or wireshark are the correct projects to bring it to
