Hi all, I am trying to set separate x screens with LXDE, and although I have two separate desktops where I can set two different background images I don't have any panel launcher. I have achieved the configuration by using nvidia-xconfig --separate-x-screens. Could you help me adding launching panels to the second desktop? Thanks in advance
Regards, Álvaro

Welcome to the LXDE forum. Does this help?

Also here is an old post on the Ubuntu forums with the same problem.

Re: Separate X screens
Hi Rex, thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. The thing is, that as I understand it, the xrandr command is used to achieve the separate screen things, but as I have performed that step with nvidia-settings (through /etc/X11/xorg.conf) I guess I don't need it. What I am in need of is a way to launch lxpanel and pxcmanfm in the second screen, something like described here: http://wiki.lxde.org/pt/LXDE:FAQ#How_do ... onitors.3F. But I have tried and didn't work...
