I followed the instructions here:
http://www.comtechies.com/2013/02/how-t ... buntu.html
in order to connect to an Amazon EC2 ubuntu instance via Windows's Remote Desktop. But the only thing I got is an error in the image below:

I exactly followed the instructions in that webpage but it just doesn't work. So, what should I do to connect to an Amazon EC2 ubuntu instance via Windows's Remote Desktop? Thanks.

Re: How to connect to Amazon EC2 ubuntu from Windows's Remot
Welcome to the LXDE forum. The errors that you posted told you to do three things. Did you do those as well as exactly following the directions for installation? By the way which OS are you using to connect to the server?

Thank you for the reply.
1. It is turned on because I am connecting to it using ssh.
2. It should be connected to the network because I am connecting to it using ssh.
3. The remote access should be enabled because I am connecting to it using ssh.
4. The client OS is Windows 7 and XP, both failed to connect.
