When I right-click on the Task Bar and get to Application launch Bar "Installed Applications," where does this pop-up get its list of applications?
The reason I ask: I installed Chromium (41.0.2272.76) on Lubuntu (15.04). It appears in the system menu under "Internet." And, I see the .desktop file in /usr/shr/applications. But, it does not appear in the list of available applications to add to the Task Bar.
I was wondering if I could look further into this?
Chromium on task bar
Re: Chromium on task bar
Nevermind. Now it's in the list of application launchers available to add to the task bar.
I honestly don't know what changed. It wasn't there for 3-4 days. I looked at it a number of times. I'll come back if I can recreate it.
