Emacs Key Bindings on LXDE?

How can I change/enable Emacs key bindings on LXDE?

For example:

To more forward: c-f
To delete the line: c-u

Please advise. Thanks.

Sorry but this is not possible at the moment, you could try to hack the source code and add this functions .

I wonder what this would make in general LXDE. Can you explain?
Does not it depend on the app to show content?
