Hi,
Pretty new to LXDE but have worked some years with Linux.
I installed a laptop with openSUSE and LXDE, for being an older Celeron and boots under 20 sec Really happy with that!!
Everything was fine until I installed new Graphic drivers. Now the font size in some apps (yast, virtualbox, and more) is so little
I can read it with a magnifier. Most apps are ok tho (firefox, music player and so on)
Where can I set the font size for apps?

Re: Font Size in apps?
Go to main menu->Preferences->Desktop Preferences. Then navigate to Text. Some applications will have to be changes within the application.

Sorry, let me try again. Go to lxmenu -> Preferences -> Openbox configuration manager -> appearance. I believe that you can change your default font size there.

I have already set all of those to 40 in most cases I can read but "Yast" is a good example where I can't read the text!

I don't use Yast so I have to ask the question, can you set the font size in that application separately?
In lxde I believe that the fonts are stored in /usr/share/fonts. (Not sure if that helps either.)
There are a couple of posters that use Opensuse with lxde that check in here at the lxde forums Perhaps they will have a better solution for you. (Solution? Sorry, I did not provide that.)

Wow!! Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I was a little busy trying to get rid of the spam we had on the forums. I do not as of yet have any solution, but have to ask can you use the zoom feature on the browser? I couldn't even read that with a magnifying glass plus my reading glasses.

Re: Font Size in apps?
One of the problems with Lubuntu is that there are text settings scattered all over the place. Throw in someone who does an LXDE or Lubuntu desktop on top of another install like Ubuntu or Mint and there is no telling what is causing the problem.
The lxpanel has a text size setting
The "Desktop Preferences" has a text setting
The "Openbox Conguration Manager" has multiple text settings
The "Customize Look and Feel" has text settings under the Window Border>Title Bar tab
