Hello!
I would like to inform you that I really like the design lxde but I wonder if there's any way to run the open box more managers in a window under Windows, simulating a virtual desktop that has even managed to be standing in the windows
PS: I would not like to use a virtual machine because it takes a lot to have the system boot.
thanks for the help
lxde runing in window mode
Re: lxde runing in window mode
Hi,
I guess you want to run LXDE under Windows, or at least a Linux with LXDE from Windows. This should be in a window, without a VM, right?
Well, This isn't possible, AFAIK. But you can have a look at Cygwin.

Oracle's VirtualBox (http://www.virtualbox.org) lets you run virtual machines without any significant complications regarding booting (maybe it slows down my boot time by about 10 seconds). I'm currently posting this from a Debian Squeeze VM on a Windows XP3 host running VirtualBox.
