DAMN! Not that sense. A little proyect por data acquiring.

DAMN: Data Acquiring Multi-purpose, Nothing-less... In spanish sounds great!
This is a little project, but I very helpfull (at least) for my. The idea is get data from differents sources (rs-232, usb, ethernet, etc) and draw using GNUplot.
Basicly is a front-end of GNUplot to make a drawing on real-time.
This is my first project out-of-console! I begun to write based on LXDE design principles / guidelines (http://wiki.lxde.org/en/Main_Page).
I'm a electronic student, my natural language is C (not C++), GTK is great in that way. Maybe I can offer two things:
1) An application with the guideline of LXDE.
2) Some docs (wiki) about pipe, threads, things like that on GTK.
