Start (Windows) Button

It would be nice if all mouse functions had a keyboard counterpart.
In particular, for those of us that have dula-boot & former Windows machines, maybe the Start (Windows) button could bring up the Application Menu (there could be a different keystroke, perhaps using an Alt or Ctrl key combination, for other keyboard styles).
If this is already implemented in the current version (I'm running Lubuntu -1/11.04), sorry for wasting bandwith. If not, I would look forward to this feature in future versions.
