Hi,

When switching from the slow ubuntu to the wonderfull Lubuntu, I miss the Unity look 'n feel.
So I configured LXDE to look the same.

Code: Select all

fred@fred-pc:~/.config/lxpanel/Lubuntu$ ls *
config

panels:
panel  top
fred@fred-pc:~/.config/lxpanel/Lubuntu$ cat config
[Command]
FileManager=pcmanfm %s
Terminal=lxterminal -e
Logout=lubuntu-logout
fred@fred-pc:~/.config/lxpanel/Lubuntu$ cat panels/*
# lxpanel <profile> config file. Manually editing is not recommended.
# Use preference dialog in lxpanel to adjust config when you can.

That's a switch. Many of us who switched from Ubuntu to Lubuntu did so because of the Unity desktop as well as the speed and the low resource requirement. Interesting. Welcome to the LXDE forum.
