How to install the printer?

The printer is a Samsung SCX-4100.
I have searched the drivers on the Samsung official website and on openprinting, but they are not available.
How should I install this printer?

That is one old printer. The only thing I could find was from September 2009.

It may or may not work.
There is no current information on the Samsung SCX-4100 on the Hardware Support Components, Printers, Samsung

so you can try it. If it works great. If it doesn't perhaps someone else can provide assistance. I doubt that it is an LXDE problem. It is probably CUPS related because of the printer's age.
