there are some LxPanel's plugin for monitoring network traffic and bandwidth usage (something like WMNET)?

I don't use an application like that but if you wanted to, merely use the search tool in Synaptic Package Manager to locate and install what you want. Search for bandwidth usage or network traffic monitor. Then you should be able to add that application to the LXPanel by using Add/Remove Panel Items.
