I recently installed LXDE on Debian Jessie, but there is almost nothing in the menu. This is what it looks like:

How can I get my application entries back?

did you reboot?

how did you install lxde?

you might need to (re)install some menu related packages, like

lxmenu-data
menu-cache

Empty menu after migration from KDE to LXDE
