Close windows by double-clicking upper left?

Close windows by double-clicking upper left?

Is it possible, maybe by editing the lxde-rc.xml file, to configure LXDE to allow me to close windows by doubleclicking their upper-left menus?

I think this is very openbox specific, I think you also should ask in the openbox forum.
