I would like to 'copy' all applications of the LXPanel menu to the desktop right click ('Applications' menu) like this:

But now that's good! with "Exec=gksu /usr/bin/pcmanfm" and not "Exec=gksu -l /usr/bin/pcmanfm & " in my file pcmanfm_root.desktop

Same problem for me: audio ok with gdm but nothing with slim.
Solved like that:
If you have "exec startlxde" in .xinitrc
Remove this line and try "exec ck-launch-session startlxde"
