Well I read the LXDE-QT document. I know they want to make the move to Wayland but they can't because Openbox hasn't been ported to Wayland. I suggested EggWM being ported to Wayland as it uses QT.

I'm thinking if this can be ported to Wayland somehow, it could work for LXDE. I'm not so sure what it would involve, but its a thought.
