I do not see telegram icon in tray. I have added it to system startup and every reboot it is not in system tray. Please help

I've found solutions by accident... I just logoff and changed graphical environment to any other and then I returned to LXDE. Now it seems to be working fine.

Every time when I type something on pidgin icon "Volume is at" is appearing -

It is so annoying.

How can I disable?

I've found some solution by removing xfce4-power-manager icon from system tray .
Any better solution?

Yes I do use xfce4-power-manager. So what do you suggest to do ? Should I replace xfce4-power-manager?
If so, what should I use instead to avoid this issues?
