Start menu: submenus blink
When I hover the cursor over an entry in the start menu the submenu comes up but then blinks off briefly and back on again about every two seconds. This continues as long as I leave the cursor on the entry. If I move the cursor to the submenu I have at most about two seconds to click on an entry bef...
