i have the latest version of lxde running smoothly on arch, except none of the items on the lxde logout menu have any effect...

any ideas?

ok, problem solved

after uninstalling kdemod and reinstalling lxde, all is good

thanks maces, yes openbox is installed. things have become more complicated now :) i had kdemod and lxde both installed. kdemod was not behaving well, so i uninstalled it now lxde still sort of works, but i get the feeling that something may be missing...maybe the kdemod-uninstall removed some stuff...

just installed lxde on archlinux

in system settings > appearance > windows there is a msg:

cannot load library /usr/lib/kde4/kcm_kwindecoration.so ....
