The repo of epdfview-gtk3 is at https://github.com/Flow-It/epdfview
It is the only lightweight PDF viewer in gtk3. Maybe it can be included in LXDE.
evince/atril/xreader/etc are not lightweight because they are depending webkit and/or gnome.
