The cause of the blurriness turned out to be the three cheap CRT monitors I had tried. When I used a higher quality Dell Trinitron it looked fine, even at 85Hz. Thanks again.

Thanks for the reply Marty Jack. The panels directory only had a "top" file and no "bottom". I deleted the"top" file, and then deleted the "panels" directory and then rebooted. Now both panels are once again present. An unrelated question: Everything looks som...

I'm using U-Lite. The installation is about a week old. I logged in and the lower panel is missing.
