Hi. I always use network boot to install OS. I am wondering why Lubuntu didn't make it into the alternative cd ?

I am not sure which one is good or not. I only want resource efficient PCManFM + feature rich in the future. That is why I choose LXDE

nevermind, I use the debian chromium-browser, it is fine now.

I just replace iceweasel with google-chrome for my dafault browser, and I remove the iceweasel. However, the taskbar application launcher seems not working at all for google-chrome. I tried update-alternatives command, but somehow, it is not working at all. How do I change the browser launcher to go...

Yes I am using Debian + LXDE, but I hate compiling software. Anyway, I'll wait til PCMAN 0.9 available on apt.

I want to know is the PCMAN 0.9 available in apt yet? I am using 0.5 now.

go to terminal, and type "aptitude install lxde" and then switch ur session to lxde
or
for me, I install debian base(no gui) + lxde, which is extremely fast with lxde.
