Got an update today, PCManFM 0.93 seems to have fixed the problem. In preferences there is a volume management tab that I do not think was there before. But I could be wrong. Usually am.

Hello, I am using Lubuntu Alpha-3 with PCManFM 0.92. Lubuntu is installed on an external USB HD with 12 partitions. Whenever PCManFM is started it automounts partitions 1-9 except for #4 (extended) and #5 (swap) (for some reason it doesn't mount #10-12. I don't want these partitions automounted but ...
