First of all i want to apologize for my spelling. I did a small PyGTK program to appear in the startup screen. Startup screen can be any image. Welcome. I wrote little script in Python with GTK+ UI. Script can added applications to autostart in LXDE. Is not very functional, but can fast add applications to autostart.
