How do I change the Digital Clock time display mode from 24-hour to 12-hour? Right now it says Clock Format: %R. Is this where the display mode is changed, and what do I enter in this window? Thanks. Where do I find information like this in LXDE? Thanks!

This is my first hour running LXDE! -- in Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid, which is installed as an alternative to Gnome. I am happy to say that installation (by Synaptic Package Manager) completed flawlessly, and I was able to log out and log back in running LXDE. And so far, I have not encountered any GUI bugs...
