I got problems with Glippy too. Now I use Diodon and cut/copy/paste works fine.

Puis pour le lancer avec le thème GTK2 pour qu'il soit mieux intégré à LXDE :

Dans cet exemple, LX Menu Editor est installé dans /opt ;)
