Albeit I would value a greater range of settings than those at hand, this wouldn't tempt me to look for an upgrade. Some day we will have Squeeze instead of Lenn...

I'm using lxterminal 0.1.3 - and that means, I am lost, doesn't it?
There is no way to alter the colours in that version, I suppose.

thank you very much for replying.

By choosing EDIT-PREFERENCES I can see a register named "General", where I can change font, etc.
Definitely there is no means to change background-, foregroundcolor.

Maybe we are using different flavours of the same program?
