Re: LXDE and THE DM and my lxdm
In KDM and GDM there is a setting to restart the xserver mostly needed to keep nvidia and fglrx drivers from hanging.
GDM
AlwaysRestartServer=true
KDM
TerminateServer=true
It there such a setting for LXDM?
Thanks,
Tex

Re: LXDE and THE DM and my lxdm
Where/how do I change the code in lxdm to look for session files in /etc/X11/dm/Sessions instead of /usr/share/xsessions?
Thanks!

Re: Please Continue Support Of pcmanfm-legacy
I think I will give this fork a test run. I have followed all instructions for the new pcmanfm and I cannot get any external devices to mount with the gvfs stuff.

I never got a reply but know you are very busy. Not sure where else to post it as it is not real...

I ended up backing this out since it only halfway works and it looks like the original poster has left the building.

Thank you kind sir. Eventually all of our desktop files will come in line with proper freedesktop specs as packages get updated.Marty Jack wrote:Regression for themed icon with explicit extension repaired in SVN r1939.Texstar wrote:For some reason lxpanel doesn't like the .png extension.

Re: lxpanel default icons lacation for menu shortcuts
Where can I look in the code to revert or patch /usr/share/icons into the search path as it worked in 0.4.x series I released 0.5.3 yesterday, which contains this change among other important fixes. We are using 0.5.3. I was able to track down the reason some of our icons were not showing in the lx...
