every time when I delete a file a confirmation request appears and I have to click on yes button. Is it possible to disable that nerving feature?

Hi friends, I use 6 desktops and want to autostart some applications always on the same desktop p.e. thunderbird should be start always on desktop 1, firefox on desktop 3 and the terminal on desktop 6.
