This problem appeared as it has something to do with the nouveau driver being pre-installed. So, I simply purged nouveau and installed nvidia driver afterwards. For some reason it solved my problem

For some reason, the utility that should adjust the mouse sensitivity crashes whenever I try to make any changes, so I cannot bump up the mouse speed... is there any workaround about this? Im on lubuntu 11.04...

Could someone enlighten me please on how can I adjust volume for recording devices in lubuntu 11.04? The "Volume Control Settings" seems inactive & grayed out when I click on the volume control icon....
