Is there a difference between the panel being stuck and freezing?

On 11.04 and 11.10, I was unable to do anything with the panel while it was "frozen".

It seems to be very possible. Which version do you want it to look like? Is this issue reproducible in other distributions? For some reason, I have not had the lxpanel with the standard lxpanel settings freeze. I do not know if that is not enough testing or could that mean that the customized lxpanel is the problem? Has anyone been able to get the lxpanel with standard s...

I have the same issue with LXPanel on Lubuntu 11.10.

I was able to kill the process and start lxpanel via terminal, but that does not start the Lubuntu customized lxpanel.
