Have a look at "power Manager" as Rex suggested. However, your image shows it in "settings".
Otherwise, install "xscreensver" or "gnome-screensaver" to get controls.

The beauty of Sparky is an active developer who actively and continuously controls updates; thus, it has the advantage of cutting edge and stability. Icons in idesk can be dragged by holding down the mouse right clicker. Furthermore, each icon's desktop position can be fixed by stipulating a position coordinate in that icon's config file. See http://lxlinux.com/#2.idesk does not support drag'n'drop if i remember correctly.

Since you installed it as root, you probably have to be root to open it.
