To be honest, lxnm is currently known to be problematic. Most of the time, it should work since it uses source code from iwlist and the command line tools of the system. If it doesn't work for you, please try the latest svn version. Otherwise, install network manager + nm-applet instead. Please cont...

Next time, RTFM before you say "*".
1. inotify support is clearly marked as broken, and should be turned off.
2. xkb plugin is not finished, and it's clearly marked as broken, too.
I'm sure that those are well-documented in README or ./configure --help.
