The message you have received has nothing to do with lxde. However, since your computer is a desktop and does not have a battery except for the CMOS battery (the coin shaped battery on the mother board), I believe that the message is probably referring to it. Change it.

Not sure what you are asking since lxde is a desktop environment not an operating system.

Unfortunately Lubuntu 21.10 does not use the lxde desktop environment. It uses LXQT. See the Lubuntu forum at https://discourse.lubuntu.me.
