error '404 - not found' in ubuntu 13.10 update

Sir, I have installed ubuntu 13.10 with complete linux installer 2.8, in my rooted android tablet 2.3.4. When I tried to update or install any software an error ‘404 not found’ appears. This is so, when I try with kali linux or Debian also. Kindly let me know the corrective action to be taken in this regard.

Ubuntu 13.10 has reached End of Life back in July of 2014 and is no longer supported. Recommend that you install Lubuntu 16.04 which is the current LTS version of Ubuntu with the LXDE. It will be supported until April 2019. You can download it here.

Yes, I do agree. I can download latest ubuntu16.04 lxde image from ubuntu site referred by you.But I am not able to install it in my rooted android.2.3.4 tablet, with complte linux installer. Where can I locate a bootscript to install lxde in android.
