Long story short I plan on installing XLDE on a school computer. For familiarity they want it to look like Windows.
Are there any guides on doing this either with XP or Windows 7 look? From the panel to the windows and icons. If you know any, please let me know.
I've seen ones for Gnome and XFCE But I can't find nothing for LXDE.

For the window background (GTK theme) and the icons (Icon theme), you can search at gnome-look.org for Windows lookalikes, for instance.
You can change the logo for the menu and the panel background. Just right-click them and open their properties. Then use the image you like best for that.
For the window title, you would have to find or create an openbox theme that pleases you. See:

Re: Windows XP/7 Theme
for an old xp look use the 'mist' theme and use the system theme on the lx panel and install the faenza icon theme, if you want a more modern silver or blue xp theme use clearlooks instead and alter the panel and window colours depending on which scheme you want. a simple ''windows xp wallpaper'' google search will get you a desktop picture.. also check out the openbox-themes package in synaptic if you want to experiment a bit more.
