kbd layout switch problems

hello I am using lubuntu 13.04 and I have layout indicator in the panel and this in /etc/xdg/lxsession/Lubuntu/autostart

@setxkbmap -option grp:switch,grp:alt_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll de,us,ro(std)

Since I want ot be able to switch layouts with combination of Left_Alt and Shift keys and though it works I've noticed that
Right_Alt when pressed also switches between last two used layouts .
The problem is I need the right_alt key for typing the @ symbol as this is a german keyboard and @ is on the key Q pressed together with right_alt but this is unachievable cause pressing right_alt swtiches languages.
Anybody wiling ot share a solution to this?
