LXPanel Task Bar's task blinks on active window urgency

Hi. I have LXPanel v0.5.12 with Task Bar (Window List) applet on it. I wish to be notified if not active task became urgent (has urgency hint). Task flashes as it should, but even on currently active windows. So, if I have active URxvt window with "urgentOnBell: true" it's task starts to blink on each beep it produces. I hope it's an issue rather than a feature by design. Could you suggest me, where should I report it?

However, if I understand you correctly (that the window flashes when it requires attention) that is normal behavior. If you do not want it to occur, then right click any blank space on the panel and choose Task Bar (Window List) Settings and uncheck "Flash when there is a window requiring attention"

Thank you, Rex Bouwense, for your answer. I'll post my question/issue on the bug tracker you mentioned.

I understand how this feature works (the window flashes when it requires attention, when the appropriate checkbox is checked). But, in my opinion, the task of active window should not flash when it recieves urgency hint. In order to stop it from flashing I have to activate some other window and then switch back to this one. No other task bar that I have used seems to have such a behaviour.
