v0.1.9 Ctrl + Shift + t creates 2 tabs

I'm using Lubuntu Maverick 10.10 which includes LXTerminal v0.1.9-0ubuntu1.

Pressing Ctrl + Shift + t creates 2 new tabs, though clicking [Create a tab] from the menu bar creates a single tab. Does anyone see the same problem?
