how to change DPI settings

how to change DPI settings

I am on Lubuntu 12.04 and unfortunately noticed that it is no longer possible to change the DPI settings via GUI.
I have looked everywhere but nobody seems to know where to change DPI.
Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thx.
