logout dialog picture tweak

I'm working on a personalized lubuntu. I could change much of what i want to change, but, as i wish to change the lubuntu logo that appears once i select the exit menu for shutting down, rebooting or closing my session, what file should i edit to call a diferent picture on that exit menu?
