I have observed that LXLauncher uses (SVN revision 1128) which i am currently using, should i update anything to make things work in my favor? i have first tried to change the background bar appearance in all possible ways but ended up not making it perfectly. Mentioned the steps that i have followed which didn't gave me the results, below.

1. Gone to "/usr/local/lxlauncher/" folder which should supposed to be there but i am not able to find it here.
2. Finally found it by searching the "lxlauncher" in all other folders.
3. Opened the file somehow but while making changes, it is not previewing for the hex code #344529 and finally unable to save the file too.

Please help me with a solution, your effort will be appreciated.

There is a manual entry for lxlauncher, referencing a ~/.config/lxlauncher/settings.conf file containing display settings, but on my Fedora system, ~/.config/lxlauncher/ does not exist.
