How to configure LXMusic to play music CD's

Postby edward » Sun May 31, 2009 1:38 am

I installed LXMusic today (Mandriva Linux) and the sample file included, sounds great!

Is there a way to configure LXMusic so that it will play a music CD? Currently, I use Sound Juicer to play CD's and occasionally, the audio will randomly pause every once in a while before resuming, when it's playing a CD. The only optical drive installed is a CD-RW drive, but I do not know why the audio is randomly pausing like that.

LXMusic seems so lightweight that it might not cause the same problem.

Thank you in advance.
