Not exactly sure what your problem is. Could you please provide some more information. The site that you quoted merely leads to advertisement and not additional information. By the way welcome to the lxde forum.

OK. I did that but I had to translate all of the lines. It works fine for me. Are you using the User Control Panel to change your default language?

yes,i use User CPanel to change the language.I know phpbb,I don't have any problem.
