Pointer for visually imparied user Topic is solved

I have a colleague that is working on a raspberry pi for an embedded system who has poor vision. Normally on his Windows machine, moving the pointer causes it to become enormous so he can quickly locate it. Is there a similar feature on LXDE, because I cannot find it.
I'll make this feature if somebody will fold it in as an option. This used to be a common option back in the early 1990's when TFT's were passive, because the update on the screen was so slow. It's weird we have to keep re-inventing the wheel.
